Church School life

"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" Luke 6:31

We are a small village school in the beautiful, community minded village of Brightwell cum Sotwell. Our Christian culture underpins our School Values and our drive to ensure that every child flourishes as they develop a life-long love of learning.

Parent and student levels of satisfaction with our Church/parish links and support is strong (Kirkland Rowell survey, June 2018)

Our values, as seen on our "About Us" page, were chosen by the Senior Leadership Team upon becoming an academy in September 2017 and are due to be reviewed by the students in 2020-2021.

Each term sees a focus on one value and this is explored in class and in collective worship.

Each value can be reflected upon by all of our students, regardless of their beliefs and strives for not only a life-long love of learning but so that we add value to our local community and wider society.
