Admissions Policy 2026-2027

Admissions Policy 2025-2026

Admissions Policy 2024-2025

Our draft 2027-28 Admissions Policy is available here

It reflects Oxfordshire County Council’s 2027-28 admission rules and arrangements for primary schools’ template.

As one of the over-subscription criteria included in the draft policy is a change from our 2026-27 Admissions Policy, we are consulting with interested parties in the local community who may be affected by or have an interest in the school’s proposed admissions arrangements for the 2027-28 academic year.  This is in line with the School Admissions Code.

The draft policy now refers to ‘children of staff employed by the school’ rather than ‘children of staff of MTOAT employed by the school’, in line with the School Admissions Code: “Children of staff of the school where the member of staff has been employed by the school for two or more years at the time at which the application for admission to the school is made, and/or the member of staff is recruited to fill a vacant post for which there is a demonstrable skill shortage”.

For reference, our current 2026-27 Admissions Policy can be found above.

Should you wish to contact us about the draft 2027-28 Admissions Policy, please email the Governance team at governance@mtoat.co.uk or, should you prefer, send a letter to the Governance Team, MTOAT, St George’s Road, Wallingford OX10 8HH.  We will consider all comments received by Monday 12th January 2026 when finalising our admissions statements for 2027-2028.
